We’re Angela Lussow and Allison Beaudry, longtime friends and co-owners of Afterglow Soap & Candle Co. We make soaps, candles, and bath & body favorites in small batches in Wisconsin.
Our Story
In 2018, we began making handmade holiday gifts for our families. A sugar scrub came first, followed by soaps and candles. What started as a shared hobby grew into Afterglow.
We enjoy both the creativity and the science of making. Exploring soap-making techniques, working with color, and finding fragrances are all part of that process. Our focus is on thoughtful details and products you can enjoy every day.
Meet the Makers
Angela Lussow
Angela earned a degree in Animal Ecology from Iowa State University. Outside Afterglow, she enjoys training her dogs for agility and nose-work competitions.
Allison Beaudry
Allison studied physical therapy at Marquette University. She enjoys the creative side of soap and candle making, along with gardening and cycling.
